AXIS LABS
Proposal 路 August 9, 2026 Prepared by Jason For the SME Automation Partner role

You close the deal.
I own the build.

A technical partner for the SME automation practice you're building, not a chatbot vendor with one trick. Technical discovery on the calls that need it, a wholesale quote agreed with you before anything reaches the client, and a build that actually maps to how that business runs today, CRM and accounting integrations, document and email workflows, custom internal tools, before any automation gets layered on top.

White-label
Wholesale quotes only, never client-facing pricing
Non-circumvention
Straightforward agreement, you keep the client relationship
n8n / Make / Zapier
Plus custom API and internal tooling work outside what off the shelf covers
Discovery first
Technical scoping happens before a quote goes to your client
What Usually Goes Wrong

Three ways a technical partnership falls apart.

Every founder building an SME automation practice runs into the same three failure modes when they go looking for a technical partner. None of them are about skill, they're about fit.

馃

Chatbot builders don't do ops

A lot of AI freelancers ship a generic agent and move on. They never map how the business actually operates first, so the automation breaks on the first real edge case a client hits.

馃攣

One-off contractors don't stick around

A single-project freelancer disappears after delivery. A practice built on repeat SME clients needs a technical partner who's still there for the next one, and the one after that.

馃搻

Sales-led founders can't scope solo

Closing the client is one skill. Estimating a document extraction build or a CRM migration accurately is a different one. Without a technical partner in the room, quotes are guesses.

The Partnership

Technical delivery, wholesale, end to end.

You run client acquisition, sales, and the relationship, I run technical discovery, solution design, scoping, build, and ongoing support. You brief me on how the business actually operates today, and I flag what should and shouldn't be automated before we design anything. Every build gets a wholesale quote agreed with you first, nothing goes to your client until the scope and price are settled between us. The work itself spans business process automation, CRM and accounting integrations, email and document workflows, API integrations, n8n, Make, and Zapier orchestration, custom internal tools and dashboards, and document extraction pipelines, built against the systems that business already has, not a generic template. Handoff includes documentation organized the way you want to present it, and ongoing technical support so repeat engagements with the same client stay reliable instead of reopening scope every time. A straightforward non-circumvention agreement keeps the structure clean while I stay free to run my own practice alongside it.

How The Partnership Runs

What you get. Engagement by engagement.

Every client engagement moves through the same five stages, so quoting and delivery stay predictable no matter which SME it's for.

馃攳
Stage 1
Discovery & Process Mapping
  • You brief me on the client and their current setup, no cold handoffs
  • Current process mapped in the client's own terms before anything gets proposed
  • Explicit call on what should and shouldn't be automated, not automation by default
  • Systems and API inventory, existing CRM, accounting, and document tools included
馃Ь
Stage 2
Wholesale Scoping & Quote
  • Fixed wholesale estimate delivered to you before it ever reaches the client
  • Scope and pricing structure agreed between us in advance, no mid-project renegotiation
  • Build time and complexity called out plainly so your client-facing number has room
  • You control how the quote gets presented and priced to the customer
鈿欙笍
Stage 3
Build & Integration
  • CRM and accounting integrations wired against the client's real data, not a demo set
  • Email and document workflows, extraction pipelines, and API integrations built to spec
  • n8n, Make, or Zapier orchestration chosen for what the client already runs, not habit
  • Custom internal tools and dashboards where off the shelf genuinely doesn't cover it
馃摝
Stage 4
Handoff & Documentation
  • Documentation written for the client to actually use, formatted the way you present it
  • Credential and workflow ownership organized cleanly, no loose ends you have to explain
  • Plain language walkthrough available for the client if they want one
  • Nothing ships without your sign off on what the client sees
馃
Stage 5 路 Ongoing
Support & Non-Circumvention
  • Ongoing technical support for delivered builds, so repeat client work stays reliable
  • Straightforward non-circumvention agreement, you keep the client relationship
  • I remain free to run my own practice and service my existing clients alongside this
  • Same discovery-to-handoff structure repeats for every new client you bring in
A Typical Engagement

From client call to live automation.

Click any stage to see exactly what happens and what you get out of it.

What happens
  • You brief me on the client's current process and systems after the call
  • Current process, systems, and pain points captured in the client's own words
  • Honest read on what should and shouldn't be automated, before any pitch is made
  • You keep full control of the commercial conversation throughout
What happens
  • Systems and API inventory turned into a concrete, scoped build plan
  • Wholesale price and estimated build time delivered to you directly
  • Pricing structure agreed in advance, so there's no renegotiation once work starts
  • You decide how it's marked up and presented to the client
What happens
  • CRM, accounting, email, and document workflows integrated against real client data
  • n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom code chosen for the client's actual stack, not a default
  • Progress checked against the agreed scope, not silently expanded
  • You get status updates in whatever cadence works for your client relationship
What happens
  • Client-ready documentation and credential handoff, organized to your presentation style
  • Ongoing technical support available so the build stays reliable after launch
  • Non-circumvention agreement stays in effect, the client relationship stays yours
  • Same structure repeats cleanly for the next client you bring in
Next Step

Let's talk about how the wholesale side works.

A short call to walk through how discovery, quoting, and handoff would actually run on your first few client conversations, and confirm the technical fit before anything's live with a customer. Happy to walk through rates and past build examples on the call.
